Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on igay69. Registering a second or duplicate account is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and active email address.
Igay69 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. igay69 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party under any circumstances.
Platform Usage Rules
Igay69 users agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe on the rights of others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Colluding with other users to cheat or manipulate game outcomes (e.g. chip dumping in table games).
- Filing false claims or fraudulent chargebacks against legitimate transactions.
- Accessing the platform from regions where online gambling is restricted, whether via VPN or any other method of circumvention.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised means, including creating multiple accounts or transferring balances between accounts.
Igay69 uses security detection systems to monitor suspicious activity. Violations of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, and any balance linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on igay69 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2U, and CIMB Clicks. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary by payment method and are subject to change.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the method used. Withdrawals are processed once the required account verification is complete, usually within 1 to 3 business days. igay69 does not bear any costs or fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.
Bonus Policy & Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotions offered by igay69 — including the welcome bonus and recurring offers — are subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
Bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts, transferring funds between accounts, or employing strategies designed to exploit promotions — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

Igay69 Liability Limits
Igay69 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, server failures, or network issues beyond our control. igay69's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the igay69 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of igay69 and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any platform content without express written permission from igay69. Using the igay69 name or logo for marketing or commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure
Igay69 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasonable cause, including suspected fraud, terms violations, suspicious activity, or requests from relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a user's breach of terms, balances linked to the offending activity may be forfeited. Users whose accounts have been legitimately closed may contact our support team for further information.
Third-Party Links, Term Changes & Governing Law
